  • Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Mix all ingredients, adding potatoes and eggs last.
  • Chill before serving.

  1. Easy to make. Tried it warm and cold, both very good. I would have liked some crunch to the salad and next time I'll use a chopped onion instead of the onion powder and maybe a stalk of celery. Furthermore I would like some more "zing" and maybe some hot pepper flakes would do the trick. Don't get me wrong, this is a very good salad and we did enjoy it, just thinking of "upping" it a bit for next time. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC-Spring 2010.
