ingredients
- 1 (13 ounce) can 98% fat free chicken
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 12 flour tortillas
- salt and pepper

Sauce
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers
- 1 1⁄2 cups monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
directions
- Brown chicken and saute onions.
- Combine with Chile powder, pepper and salt.
- Spoon enough meat mixture onto tortillas to cover half.
- Cover tortillas/enchiladas with sauce.
- Put extra cheese on top if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
