Sour Cream-Cucumber Sauce

- Ready In:
1 1/2 cups
- 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- Grate cucumber, and place in a colander, pressing to drain excess liquid. Place between paper towels, and pat dry.
- Stir together cucumber and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
- Enjoy on a gyro!
