Crust
- 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup shortening (melted)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Filling
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla

Topping
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Mix all ingredients for crust. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- MIx all ingredients for filling with mixer until smooth. Place on top of crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Cool 1 hour.
- Mix together topping ingredients. Spread on top of cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Let stand until cool. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.
