DIRECTIONS

  • melt butter and mix with flour and sour cream until blended.
  • pour mixture into medium muffin tin about 2/3 of the way to allow for rising.
  • bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
  • batter will make about 10-12 biscuits.
