  • Bring broth to boil and then add gradually the semolina, stirring constantly until it is totally dissolved.
  • Cover saucepan and boil soup for 15 minutes.
  • Remove any foam from the soup while boiling it.
  • When ready, remove from heat, add butter stir and serve.
