Was looking for a soft cookie and this recipe fits. Very yummy and different. I coated the cookies after I had finished baking all of them and ended up with leftover lemonade. Next time, I will try using more lemonade in the dough.

These cookies are very yummy! My kids really enjoyed "painting" the lemonade on the cookies after they were baked, and we used some yellow colored sugar on top to really highlight the whole lemon theme. Having the kids help was a sticky mess, but they had a ball! Thanks for posting. I can tell these are going to be a family favorite!

I made these cookies yesterday and thought they turned out well. Next time I may use more of the lemonade in the cookie dough to make them more "lemony".
