So Easy BBQ Chicken

"This also works with 3-4 chicken breasts, which take about 15-25 minutes to make, not including thickening time. We normally serve this with either mashed potatoes and veggies or macaroni and cheese and baked beans. This is MUCH easier than most BBQ chicken recipes, including Coke ones...and better. My family loves having this for dinner. You should see my brothers fighting for the last one!"

  1. Awesome recipe! Tried it out on a whim and very glad I did. I can't help playing in the kitchen, so I added some spicy BBQ sauce (it was too little to use, but too much to throw away) and hot sauce. The spicy and sweet (of the cola) went well together.

  2. This was a super easy recipe and very tasty too! Thanks for a yummy dinner :) Made this for Spring PAC 2008

  3. A nice, easy, few ingredient meal. I browned the chicken legs first and added the entire can of caffeine free diet coke.

  4. This has to get a 5 for ease of making, so few ingredients, with a wonderful end result. My son is a real finiky eater when it comes to chicken legs, hates the mess and can't be bothered to eat round the bone. Even he asked for more said the mess was well worth the taste. My hubby even said wow and I have to say I make chicken legs or wings once a week becuase we really enjoy them, but I am usually marinating or making a sauce that takes ages. This was really good and something you could come home from work throw together and really enjoy. Thanks for sharing.
