  1. Super easy, super delicious! Perfect for when you are exhausted and just want to stick something easy in the oven....perfect for me tonight! Didn't get home from work until 8:30, and I've already gobbled up my half a breast! I'll save this for other "awful work days". Thanks so much for sharing this recipe....its a lifesaver!

  3. If you need quick, easy and delicious, this is it! We loved this creamy chicken, in fact, couldn't stop eating it! Perfect with rice and fresh green beans. Winner!!

  4. Looking for a great smothered chicken recipe this afternoon and this one caught my eye. It did not disappoint! Moist, flavorful, great presentation ... it ticked all the boxes and my family loved it. I did find that it was browning a bit too much so covered it with foil for the last 20 minutes or so. This will go into our regular rotation for sure.

Tweaks

  1. This is a great recipe! I used cream of chicken instead of mushroom and added some canned mushrooms to the dish. It has a great flavor! Made for Best of 2012 game.

  2. This is so good!! I used 2 chicken thighs instead of breasts. Other than that, I made it as written so that I would have sauce to have over rice. It was easy to make. I had the leftovers the next day for lunch and they were great. I will make this again. Thanks for a great recipe loof!!

  3. This was so good. We all ate it up. I 1/2 the recipe but still used the whole can of cream of mushroom. Had lots of yummy gravy to cover rice, with a salad. I used Ms Dash garlic and herb seasoning instead of garlic, salt and pepper. Very good!
