  1. I made this for dh to put over his "re-fried" steak (read: leftovers), and he loved it! Great summer lunch! The leftovers will be served over grilled shrimp this w/e when our friends are coming for dinner. I'll probably add a little fresh cilantro over the top...

  2. I loved this butter on top of corn and vegs. Mmmm...mmmmm! Thanks Rita!

  3. I did reduce the heat factor a bit by using a smaller proportion of chiles to butter, but wwhat a great flavor! Wonderful on grilled meats and shellfish. Thanks, Rita!

  4. Flavored butter is 1 thing that captured my attention during ZWT & this recipe captured my taste buds in a big way. We are from Iceland & I did not make this recipe, but I did have the pleasure of having it served to me by SusieQusie in Dallas who we are visiting. What a wonderful explosion of flavor this was served atop marinated sirloin steaks & I also used it for my baked potato. Yum! Thx for sharing this recipe.

  5. Oh mercy this stuff is good! I reduced the recipe to use 1 stick of butter & we put slices on top of grilled New York strip steaks. I had to hide the last of it to stop DH from finishing it off completely. Thanks for posting this, Rita!
