ingredients

• 3 tablespoons tomato juice
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon whole grain Dijon mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. In small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until combined.
2. Drizzle over salad mixture of choice.
