  • In a bowl, combine chopped salmon, parmesan cheese, mayo and pepper. Mix well.
  • Heat a teflon frying pan on medium heat.
  • Spread half the mixture on the tortilla in a thin layer. Top with mozzarella cheese, and top with another tortilla.
  • Once tortilla starts to brown, flip and heat the other side.
  • Once bottom tortill is brown, remove from heat and let cool on cutting board. After 2 minutes, cut with a pizza wheel and serve.
