Smoked Salmon Quesadillas

- 10 inches flour tortillas
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 ounce smoked salmon
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- pepper
directions
- In a bowl, combine chopped salmon, parmesan cheese, mayo and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a teflon frying pan on medium heat.
- Spread half the mixture on the tortilla in a thin layer. Top with mozzarella cheese, and top with another tortilla.
- Once tortilla starts to brown, flip and heat the other side.
- Once bottom tortill is brown, remove from heat and let cool on cutting board. After 2 minutes, cut with a pizza wheel and serve.
