  1. Perfect and good. I made the dip per your instructions, one of the best salmon dips I have ever made.

  2. This stuff is ADDICTIVE. I used light cream cheese and low fat milk, otherwise followed exactly. Tried it both with baked tortilla chips and wheat thins, wheat thins have the better flavor match with this. This was hard to put down. Thanks for sharing!!

  3. Sad to say, I didn't actually try this recipe...i hate salmon! but i did make it for thanksgiving and my family really liked it, but I didn't give 5 stars because they didn't finish the entire batch!

  4. Great

  5. This is very tasty! I made it to use as a sandwich spread and it worked nicely. Used an 8 oz block of cream cheese and a 7 oz pouch (the stuff you don't have to drain) of salmon. Used about 1/2 tsp homegrown, dried dill. Right after mixing, the smoke flavor was a little strong but after chilling overnight it mellowed out and the dill came through stronger. Thanks for the recipe Range Rover!

I'm a happily married father of four. I love to cook for my family as much as I can. But is hard when you have a wife that cooks as much as mine. Some of you might know her as The Recipe Fairy. It is also hard for me being a law enforcement officer. But when I get the chance I enjoy myself for I am cooking for my love ones.
