  • Flake the salmon into a medium bowl. Add cream cheese, 1/8 - 1/4 t liquid smoke, 1 or 2 T horseradish and 1 T lemon juice. Mix well. Cover w/plasice wrap, refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.

  1. I also skipped the liquid smoke because I felt the smoky flavor of my salmon was plenty. Tossed everything into a food processor for a couple of pulses, and voila! DELISH!

  3. Love this stuff! As my salmon already had a nice, smoky flavor, I didn't add the liquid smoke. I added 2T of horseradish. I use it as a spread on bagels.
