Delicious!!! I made this for an appetizer before our big Thanksgiving dinner. The spread was a huge hit with my whole family. My mom even asked for the recipe! It's an easy recipe to prepare and the flavor is impressive. Don't skip the liquid smoke. It adds an interesting depth of flavor. I will definitely keep this recipe in my entertaining file. So easy and sooooooo good! * I recommend using Bumble Bee canned salmon or the salmon in pouches. ~Made for the Nov. Aussie/NZ Swap~
