This gets a big 5+ star. DH wanted to rate it a 10 and I wanted a 4. Only because I thought it needed just a bit more POW! I'm thinking of adding in some capers. But, with that said DH loved the "mild yet burst of flavor" that these little sandwiches gave his taste buds. I do have to admit that this would be an excellent addition to a tea sandwich tray. I did reduce this down to 8 tea sandwiches because there are only two of us here. I made this the quick and easy way using the prepared wasabi paste and mixed it by hand using whipped cream cheese. What a delicious little appetizer. Thanks for posting. :)
