DIRECTIONS

  • Coat slow cooker with non-stick spray (I use coconut oil).
  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  • Stir.
  • Cook on LOW for 7 hours.
  • Add garnish of your choice (ex. hemp hearts, nuts, berries, raisins, coconut, etc.).
  • Freezes well.
