DIRECTIONS

  • place ground beef and water in crock pot set to high for 2 hours.
  • Reduce heat to low, add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 3 hours.
  • Return heat to high, combine Xanthan Gum and 1/4 cup water, mix well, stir into meat mixture and cook for an hour or till thickened.
