Fixed this yesterday for our dinner last night. YUMMO!! I did use 6 chicken thighs (DH loves the chicken thighs more) and added about 1 Tbls. of marsala to the lemon juice mixture. We went down to the ocean longer than expected (weather was beautiful) that the chicken cooked longer on low than stated. It was still delicious but don't cook longer than stated because it will start to dry out. Thank you for a wonderful and easy favorite that I will make often. Made for Spring PAC. Served this with Recipe#115446#115446 and Recipe#117029#117029.
