  1. Yum. This was super simple and really hit the spot. Thanks for sharing, Lynn.

  2. Super easy! I used a bag of krout, not a can, but otherwise the same. Since I was cooking it for 10 hours I didn't cut up the kielbasa. The kraut had a sweet flavor byt he end. I used enough beer to cover everything, didn't stir the entire time and did not need to add any additional liquid. Took me about 5 minutes to put together, and most of that time was findng a knife to open the bag. Made for ZWT6.

  3. This was absolutely delicious! I cut the Kielbasa into 3 inch pieces and placed them in the bottom of the crock. Used 2 - 14 ounce cans of sauerkraut. As I drained them, I keep moving the kraut around and pressed out more liquid by hand. Poured the beer on top and cooked away. The Kielbasa was tender, you could taste just a light flavor of beer in the kraut. This is such a simple and tasty meal, I can't wait to make it again. Made for Please Review My Recipe 2012.
