Hi I am Male, work in the wine industry for a living, but cook for a passion. I am looking forward to the kids growing up so that they thank me for the bizzare range of dishes and flavours i have exposed them to. At the moment its just a "what is that?" look and then they settle in to battle me over how much they have to eat.
