  • Brown ground meat in stock pot.
  • Drain off excess fat.
  • Combine remaining ingredients except cornstarch and water.
  • Add to browned ground meat.
  • Simmer 1 hour.
  • Make a cornstarch and water paste.
  • Add to above mixture.
  • Cook 10 minutes to thicken.
  • Stir well.
  • Serve on bun.
