  • In a medium sized serving bowl, mix apples with lemon juice.
  • Blend tog in a separate bowl, the mayo and pineapple.
  • Add dressing to apple mixture.
  • Combine with remaining ingredients.
  • To make it low cal, use unsweetened pineapple and low-cal mayo.
