This drink was made up by a bunch of friends after we got out of college years ago and could afford the "good" stuff! It tastes just like cream soda, but it is not too sweet (I promise!). Everyone that try's it loves it!

ingredients
- ice cube
- 3 ounces Captain Morgan's spiced rum (2 shots)
- 6 ounces ginger ale
- 1 lemon slice
directions
- Fill a highball glass (8-10 ounce glass) half way with ice cubes.
- Pour rum in glass.
- Pour ginger ale in glass.
- Add lemon and stir.
- Enjoy!

WOW, that is a strong drink (well for me, DH enjoyed it). I made it mainly for DH since he really enjoys ginger ale (and I like sweet drinks). He said it was good and could have had a couple more! Will be making it again for him I am sure! Made for PAC Fall 2011.Reply
