Simple Spinach Quiche

ingredients

• 1 pie crust
• 1 (8 ounce) package Baby Spinach
• 1 1⁄2 cups swiss cheese, grated
• 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
• 4 eggs
• 1 3⁄4 cups low-fat half-and-half
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

directions

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Open pie crust and put in pie pan.
3. Mix cheese, flour, spices and spinach. Add to pie pan.
4. Mix eggs, cream and worcestershire. Add to pie pan.
5. Cook for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
