DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oil in pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Place garlic in skillet and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Carefully add the rinsed broccoli and salt to the skillet; continue to stir-fry for 1 minute. .
  • Add the broth or water to the hot skillet and cover with a tight fitting lid.
  • Steam for 1-2 minutes, or to your preference.
  • Season with salt, pepper or a spritz of lemon if desired.
