3 out of 4 thought was fantastic but well the 4th thought it was o'kay but considering he does not like peanut based sate sauces that was high praise from him. Served with recipe #188551 (Grilled Indonesian Chicken Satay) by Cilantro in Canada. Would like to have added some hot chilli but then I know the DM would not have liked. Thank you Tisme, made for Make My Recipe Spring Edition. UPDATE - I had about half of what I made left over and have since used it as the base of a pizza using thin wholemeal/wholegrain wrap bread chicken, tomatoe, onion, capsicum and mozzarella and then again as a chicken and salad wrap chock full of vegetables, loved them both and so quick and easy.

*Reviewed for Aussie Forum Recipe Tag Game* THanks for such a quick and easy Satay Sauce :) Very tasty and using regular pantry ingredients. This sauce was better than some bottled sauces and easily made gluten-free. We had it over a simple chicken and vege stir-fry. Would be wonderful over chciken skewers. Photo also being posted
