  1. I made this tonight for the first time. I also used fresh rosemary. It was awesome! Moist, and full of flavor. My hubby and son loved it. Hubby asked me to remember the recipe so we can have it again!!! Highest praise from him!

  2. I had this tonight, and I think it is a great fast marinade. I love the subtle flavor the soy and red wine and rosemary bring together. I added a second garlic (diced both) and a little brown sugar after tasting. Also I wish I had saved some of the marinade for use after cooking to splash on top the chops... (actually I did anyways, LOL) Very yummy!

  3. I marinaded mine overnight and I loved how flavorful they were! I baked them in the oven instead of grilling but I'll do them this way too once it's time for bbq. Thanks for sharing.

  4. These were delicious! Very nice flavor. I also used fresh rosemary. This was a quick and easy recipe, although I did marinade for several hours. I will use this recipe for OAMC by adding the marinade to frozen pork chops in a 1 gallon freezer bag.

  5. These were fantastic! Our chops were thicker about 5/8 inch so I marinated for an hour and I used about a TBLSP of fresh chopped Rosemary and just grilled them a bit longer. They came out very flavorful and moist. My DH usually doesn't give more than 3 stars to anything and he said 16 stars!! This is a keeper, thanks for sharing cylee!

I love food. I love my family. I love my animals. I love life. I really enjoy simple but special recipes. My "kids" (2 "big dogs" and a cat) usually are my taste testers...(not to mention disposals)... I look forward to having some human responses to my creations.....More than that, I hope you enjoy and find some happiness in all of them. I've enjoyed creating/collecting, it is my priviledge to share with my Zaar friends! Favorite cookbook? Of my 500 or so, I must say Sid Goldstein's "The Wine Lover's Cookbook" takes top rank. Decadent, but absolutely amazing food, and pairs everything up with the appropriate wine to boot! <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"> <img src="http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e110/flower753/Food/my3chefsnov2008.jpg"> <img src="http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e110/flower753/Food/my3chefsnov2008.jpg"> <img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg">
