MAKE IT SHINE!

A neighbor brought this to a block party a couple of years ago. It is so simple and so delicious that I make it and take it everywhere. At Christmas time I make a wreath using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and spread this combo on it. Very cute!

This was so easy to make, and so pretty and tasty. I had half a red bell pepper to use up, so I diced it up and used it instead of the sun-dried tomatoes. I served this with toasted baguette slices. I plan on making this again as an easy appetizer at Christmas - the red and green is so festive.Reply
