Simple Honey Hot Chocolate

"Very easy and supremely delicious hot chocolate recipe. A great balance of flavors and the perfect level of sweetness."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon honey
• 1 cup milk
• 1 pinch cinnamon

directions

1. Mix the first 3 ingredients and 1 tablspoon of the milk together in a mug until smooth.
2. Heat the remaining milk in a small saucepan over medium heat just until you start to see small bubbles around the edges - do not boil.
3. Add heated milk to mug and top with a sprinkling of cinnamon over the top!

The concept was good, but as is the recipe needs more honey as I barely could taste it. The hot chocolate beverage was very good if you change the name.
