Simple Ham Spread

"Here's a very simple and basic ham sandwich spread from Jean Pare's Company's Coming Soups & Sandwiches. You can make this as written, increase the quantity of chopped onion or add things like chopped celery and mustard to add more flavour. This recipe should be enough to make 4 sandwiches."

ingredients

• 6 1⁄2 ounces canned flaked ham
• 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
• 2 teaspoons onions, finely chopped or 1/2 teaspoon onion flakes, crushed
• 4 teaspoons mayonnaise

directions

1. In a small bowl, mash all ingredients together, adding a bit more mayonnaise if too dry.

We really enjoyed this recipe. It went great with Canned Ham, and is very simple to whip up together.
