ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder

directions

1. Combine ingredients and pour over your choice of beef in a large Ziploc bag. Work marinade into meat. Place bag in refrigerator. Turn every half-hour.
2. You can marinate as long as you like, there is no set time limit.
3. Works wonderfully with roasts, tenderloin, and steaks. Especially delicious when grilled!
