I am a stay at home mom of three children. I have two boys and a girl. I love to cook but find it difficult to do alot at this point. Right now my favorite cookbooks are Rachael Ray's. My husband especially loves her onion rings receipe. I have been learning to knit for the last three years. It's taking awhile with very little time to practice.
