Shish Kebobs

My family really liked these Kebobs. When I made these I choose to just cook the meat which I used stew beef. When I made the marinade I doubled the marinade. I also tripled the garlic, I used apple cider vinegar, I used carb well A-1 steak sauce and I ended up adding 4-6 tsp, I also added 1/2 tsp each garlic salt & onion powder. When I made these I cooked these on my indoor grill. I found this recipe at Ossg Recipes.

Very easy and basic recipe. We omitted the mushrooms and added some hot peppers instead. Remember to soak your bamboo skewers in water first and after threading the meat and veggies on the same skewers -- which look good in the photos -- in the future I'll do the meat and veggies on separate skewers for more even cooking.Reply
