This was a very easy, simpoe side dish. I served it with Ranch Chicken Thighs #42603 and salad. Thanks for posting!

Quick, simple and yummy! I loved the creamy texture and mild flavor. I did add a pinch of garlic, but otherwise made this as written (using reduced-fat dairy products). I'm sure you could easily toss some broccoli in this for a nice meatless maindish or side dish. I'll use this recipe again. Thanx!

Delicious! I prepared this just for myself, reducing the recipe by 1/2. It reduced nicely and was a special treat for me. I did use grated parmesan cheese, but I will try fresh next time as the other reviewer did. I believe the sauce would be creamier with fresh. I think it is good basic food, easy to prepare. However, I think you can add just about anything you would like such as some veggies or chicken and it would be great also. Thanks Charmie777!

This is so simple and such a great side dish!! Used low-fat ricotta and milk and used some fresh parmesan. You really do have to eat it right away as it kind of sticks together after a while!! Thanks Charmie - this was great!
