This is my own variation of meatloaf and oooh soooo yummy. My oldest son ate nearly half the pan in one sitting so I know it was good.

  • 1 14 ounces Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 12 lbs hamburger

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 34 cup oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 cup v- 8 juice

directions

Sorry! In my version I could not sift out the onions (my best part) so I used the whole package. Rest of recipe as posted was so easy to make and the meatloaf was moist and delicious! Thanks for posting Sharon. Made for Pick A Chef Spring 2011.
