"A perfect mix of tang and spice to compliment any fish on a bun. Especially good on fried or breaded catfish, flounder & cod."

ingredients

• 2 cups mayonnaise (Duke's is the best!)
• 1⁄2 cup brown mustard
• 2 teaspoons pickle juice
• 2 teaspoons ketchup
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 chipotle pepper (canned)
• 1 teaspoon adobo sauce, from the canned chipotle pepper
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled
• 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley

directions

1. In a food processor all of the ingredients and process until smooth.
