I prepared this for my husband as I'm not a gin drinker, but I did have a taste. I found it pleasant; it reminded me vaguely of another drink which I cannot put my finger on. In my opinion it no longer tastes of gin and tonic, nor of campari (which I suppose would be disappointing to people who like/are expecting either or both). My dh was in agreement; it was good but he won't be switching from his usual. And in the end, what you like in the way of a cocktail is very subjective and personal-so give it a try, it just may be for you! Thanks for posting, Rita.
