    (5 ounce) package seasoned yellow rice, cooked

    (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

    cups potato chips or 1 3/4 cups crackers, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine and mix well all ingredients except potato chips/crackers.
  • Pour into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
  • Top with crushed potato chips.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, or until bubbly and brown.
