Smaller version: <br/>12 oz cream cheese<br/>4 oz butter (softened)<br/>1 Tbsp minced onion<br/>8 oz imitation crab<br/>1/2 Tbsp mayo<br/>Squeeze lemon<br/>1/2 tsp garlic powder or garlic salt (salt to taste)<br/><br/>I used a blender stick to chunk up the mix to desired texture. Chill for a couple of hours and adjust seasoning.
