Sea Bass With Pesto

- 12 ounces sea bass fillets
- 1⁄4 cup pesto sauce
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 medium squash
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and coat with a little pesto.
- Bake approximately 14 minutes until done.
- Meanwhile, saute squash and zuccini.
- Toss with 1 - 2 tbsp pesto.
- Serve fish over a few spoonfuls of pesto with rice on one side and veggies on the other.

Love to cook, but with 3 young children (one being a very busy toddler!) it's hard to find the time. Cooking Light is one of my all time favorites - I can always find something relatively quick and easy that tastes great and is still healthy.
