  • .Heat oven to 375. Place pastry in a 9-inch deep dish pie pan and crimp the edges. In a large mixing bowl combine the sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Toss the apples with sugar mixture and pour into pie shell.
  • Thoroughly combine crumb topping ingredients: The brown sugar, flour, quick oats and 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle over apples in pie crust.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes then cover with foil and bake another 20 minutes until apples are tender. Remove pie from oven and sprinkle on the pecans and drizzle the butterscotch and caramel sauce.
  • Optional: You may toast your pecans in sauce pan with 1 Tablespoon of butter then put them on top of the pie.
