DIRECTIONS

  • Turn on your waffle iron so it gets hot in preparation for your waffles. I use pam oil spray to coat the iron between each waffles but butter or anything works as well.
  • Melt the butter completely, dice the salmon, and chop/grate the cheese. You can really use any kind of cheese you prefer, but this is just the kind of cheese I usually use and is readily available.
  • Sift and whisk the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Blend the wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  • Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk with a few strokes, don’t over beat. When fully blended add the cheeses and salmon.
