DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Chop celery and onion and saute in medium skillet with 2 Tablespoons Canola oil until vegetables are tender
  • Cook rotini noodles according to package directions
  • Spread cooked noodles in the bottom of 1 1/2 qt casserole dish
  • Layer cooked vegetables on top of noodles and mix together well
  • Spread chopped burger over vegetable layer with 1 cup of grated cheese over top of vegetables
  • Pour stewed tomatoes over top of cheese and fold into the vegetables
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake in oven for 10 minutes until cheese is nicely melted.
