  1. Good flavor. My 7lb roast was done way before instructions said it would be done. More like 15 minutes per pound. Other than that I cooked it as stated in the directions. Delicious.

  2. My husband and I love this recipe, it is the best prime rib ever, and a heck of alot cheaper than eating out!!!

  3. The best prime rib I have cooked yet - We had a 4 lb prime rib roast and cooked it 30 mins at the high temp then 1 1/2 hours at the lower temp and tented for half hour while making the yorkshire pudding 58267.

  4. I don't buy expensive meat very often,so I did not want to ruin an expensive roast,so I researched quite a bit before settling on your recipe. I tried this one because it looked easy and I could not see how this recipe could ruin a good cut of meat.WELL I am so GLAD I DID!! This was so juicy and tender it will melt in your mouth!! My husband was VERY impressed as I had never made Prime Rib before!! And he LOVED it!!! Thank You So Much!!! Darlene

  5. Great prime rib! I added a little garlic powder to the seasoning rub. The meat was tender and juicy. We all loved it. Thanx for sharing; I'll make this again.
