ingredients
- 8 cups leeks, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
- 1⁄4 cup chicken stock
- salt
- pepper
directions
- Heat a large stove top casserole and saute the garlic in the olive oil.
- Add leeks and saute until they begin to collapse.
- Add the rest and cook uncovered until the leeks are tender.
