DIRECTIONS

  • Brown sausage in pan (I use a cast iron skillet).
  • Remove meat with slotted spoon, allowing some of the grease to be transferred with the meat. Drain the rest of the grease out of the pan.
  • Return meat to pan over medium heat. Sprinkle flour over meat & whisk. Gradually add & whisk milk to make a roux.
  • Add worchestershire & liquid smoke. Continue cooking until desired thickness.
  • Serve over bisquits.
