  2. This was good and easy to make. I followed the recipe other then I used all italian sausage. We all enjoyed this.

  3. Great, easy recipe. I always serve on rolls, to make "hoagies" or sandwiches. I've made this several times, and everyone who has had it loves it, including my kids, although I leave most of the peppers and onions out of their sandwiches. This recipe is a staple for us now for regular dinners at home, and for making large quantities for a party or potluck. My husband and I prefer the hot sausages, and the kids the sweet. This is also good, maybe even better, re-heated.

  4. This recipe is great! No need to peel the peppers, which is what I was looking for. The peppers came out tender and tasty, the onions and garlic added great flavor, and the sausages were crispy and delicious. We ate it with Italian Garlic Bread....PERFECT! Thanks, Mimi, for a simple way to cook sausage and peppers! Sincerely, KittyCate1225

Very busy nanny/au pair, working for a very rich and snooty family, in a very large home, in a very snooty village. Just in case my employer comes here, please don't ask where I am from, or I'll be sacked like the last nanny was. ;-) I take care of 4 gorgeous, and darling kids. 3 girls and a boy. The boy is the youngest (and my favorite). They are great children, very, very active. (Hyper) I love to cook. I guess that's a given, why else would I be here. Part of my job is also to prepare meals for the family. The more they like my food, the longer I get to stay. (just a little joke) On my day off, I usually go out to the cinema or some dance clubs with the other au pairs in this town. That's about it I think.
