  • Cook sausage on medium-high until lightly browned.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • With a fork, poke holes in the bottom and sides of the pie shells.
  • Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly brown.
  • While the pie crust is browning, mix together the other ingredients.
  • Pour mixture into the two browned pie crusts.
  • Divide evenly, and shake to level.
  • Cook for 25-45 minutes, until dark brown on top.
