Saucepan Macaroni and Cheese

"This is a pretty quick and easy macaroni and cheese that you don't have to bake, though you can certainly top it with bread crumbs or whatever you like and bake that off. It is incredibly creamy and tasty right off the stovetop, though. It makes quite a bit, and keeps well in a sealed container in the refrigerator, but make sure you add some milk to it when you reheat it."

  • Prepare pasta as per package directions. Drain.
  • Return the pan to the heat and add butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and Velveeta. Stir until melted. Stir in onion powder and garlic powder.
  • Add pasta. Stir and heat until pasta is warm and coated. Season with salt and pepper.
